Abstract
Introduction. In order to assessment the effect of application ginger and lavender essential oil capsules in comparison with the mefenamic acid and paracetamol drugs on severity of primary dysmenorrhea a randomized, single-blind controlled experimental study was performed amongst 160 single teenage female students aged between 15 to 19 years who suffered from primary dysmenorrhea, and study at the Indian high school located in Bangalore in the time frame December 30, 2021 to October 30, 2022. The extent of pain was evaluated using the cox menstrual symptom scale index. Material and Method. Participants were randomly assigned to essential oil capsules or mefenamic acid as a steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and paracetamol as a prostaglandin inhibitor drug, ending with 40 participants in each group equally. The control and experimental trial groups received 250 mg of paracetamol and mefenamic acid and also herbal capsules, orally four times (each 6 hours) daily, until the pain grade reached one or less. The participants were not prohibiting taking another drug that they usually took for their pain relief, in addition to the allocated treatment in case of continued pain. At the end of the trial, these participants were excluded in data analysis. Results and Discussion. There was no significant difference was observed for the matched characteristics studied between the experimental groups. The mean pain grade amongst oral essential oil capsules were decreased, in comparison with the paracetamol and mefenamic acid drug groups. There was no statistically significant decrease in pain duration for the groups received mefenamic acid and paracetamol compared to those who used oral herbal capsules. Also, there was no significant difference in pain grade between the groups at the second month of intervention. The pain duration at the second month of trial was similar between the groups. Conclusions. In conclusion we could demonstrate that of application of essential oil capsules as a beneficial natural pain killer remedy represents effectiveness treatment for the menstrual pain with no important side effects in female teenage students.

Abstract
Background and aims: Examining the factors affecting the amount of tooth movement and bone remodeling and root resorption during the application of orthodontic forces is one of the important challenges that we face in orthodontic treatment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of local injection of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on the amount of tooth root resorption and the number of cementoblasts and cementoclasts during the application of orthodontic force in dogs' teeth. Methods: This experimental study was conducted as a laboratory intervention (animal study) to examine 6 adult male dogs of mixed breed with an age between 10-12 months and an approximate weight of 15-20 kg. After consultation with the veterinarian, all research procedures including surgical and medical tests were performed under general anesthesia. In this study, one quadrant of the maxilla in six male dogs was randomly selected as the experimental group, and the opposite side of the upper jaw was considered as the control group. After extracting the maxillary first premolars, a nickel titanium spring (200 g) was used between the second premolar and the canine. The mixture of PRP and thrombin-calcium chloride was injected intraligamentally on days 1, 21, and 42 on the experimental side, and the control group was administered the mixture of thrombin-calcium chloride and placebo. After collecting the histology and morphology data using SPSS software version 25, the results were analyzed at the 5% error level and using non-parametric Wilcoxon test and paired t-test. Results: There was no significant difference in the ratio of tooth root resorption between the experimental group and the control group, and hypothesis 1 was not confirmed (p-value=0.104). There is a significant difference in the number of cementoblasts formed between the experimental group and the control group (p-value=0.027). There is no significant difference in the number of cementoclasts formed between the experimental group and the control group, and hypothesis 3 was not confirmed (p-value = 0.157). Conclusion: The findings of the present study show that PRP injection increases the number of cementoblasts and increases the amount of cementum in teeth during orthodontic movements, which in this case can help reduce the complications caused by root resorption during orthodontic movements.

Abstract
Background : Diabetes mellitus is one of the metabolic disease, those involving inappropriately elevated blood glucose levels. It is on the chronic metabolic disorder with hyperglycemia. The current study was aimed to investigate the effect syndrome differentiation model applying basis on Persian traditional medicine syndrome to evaluate the women who benefit by appliyng colocynth extarct. The results have shown the beneficial effects of colocynth extract application in women with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Materials and Methods: A randomized, triple-blind, controlled experiment baisi on a parallel study design was performed. Two hundred and eighty women who referring to the diabetes clinic of Iranian University of Medical Sciences, with diabetes mellitus type II, were randomly divided into the two groups of colocynth ethanolic extract and control with placebo groups. Then, two hundred and fifthy-mg capsules of colocynth extarct / placebo were applicated twice a day until 90 days. All the women completed a questionnaire accroding to the syndrome diagnosis in Persian traditional medicine. Before and after the colocynth ethanolic extract interventions the fasting glucose, glycated hemoglobin, insulin, and insulin resistance and ther physical activities were examined. The obtained glycemic result outcomes were analyzed according to the Persian traditional medicine syndrome. Result: The result of investigation showed that there was significant differences amoung the women demographic and clinical features in trial groups (P≤0.05). The glycemic indicators were improved in participants who receiving colocynth seed ethanolic extract in comparision with placebo for change in fasting plasma glucose for change in glycated hemoglobin respectively. Result showed that there were improvemnet in the women in wet syndrome in comparision with those were in dry syndrome, was compatible with Persian traditional medicine syndrome differentiation method (P≤0.05). Conclusion: We could demonestrate that the potential of Persian traditional medicine hypothesis to differentiate women responding to colocynth seed extarct supplements intervention. Women with wet syndrome based on Persian traditional medicine syndrome recived more benefit from colocynth extraxt internvention compared to the others.
