Journal Medical Libanais (JML) is published on a quarterly basis, with four issues per year. The publication schedule is as follows:

• Issue 1: January – March
• Issue 2: April – June
• Issue 3: July – September
• Issue 4: October – December

Accepted articles are published in the scheduled issue after successfully completing the peer-review, editorial, and production processes. The journal may also publish Special Issues dedicated to emerging topics in medicine and health sciences when approved by the Editorial Board.
